Exchange Policy
Products purchased from Vandnaas are eligible for exchange under the following conditions:

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

Exchanges are allowed for size issues, design changes, or if you wish to select another product of the same or higher value. In case the new product chosen is of higher value, the price difference must be paid in advance before the exchange is processed.
Returns Policy
As part of our brand policy, Vandnaas does not offer refunds. Customers may request an exchange for another product available on our website or store, subject to the above conditions.
