Cancellation Policy – Vandnaas
At Vandnaas, every order is prepared with care to ensure you receive only the best quality ethnic wear. Once an order is placed on our website, it immediately enters our processing system. For this reason, cancellations are only allowed within a limited time frame.
Order Cancellation by Customer
Customers may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If the cancellation request is approved, Vandnaas will issue a store credit of the same value which can be used for a future purchase. Refunds are not offered as part of our cancellation policy.
Order Cancellation by Vandnaas
Vandnaas reserves the right to cancel an order under exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:
Unavailability of the product.
Payment-related issues.
Incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
Suspected fraudulent activity.
In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and where applicable, refund or store credit will be provided.
Important Note
Customized or altered orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances, as they are made specifically to your requirements.
